COVID-19: HOW THIS AFFECTS OUR BUSINESS AND HOW WE'RE MOVING FORWARD

CURRENT SAFETY MEASURES (ALWAYS UPDATED)
-masks are required on premise for staff and visitors during interactions. Mainframe offers complimentary disposable masks if a visitor needs one. Visitors who refuse to wear a mask will be asked to leave.
-staff is required to wear nitrile (disposable) gloves while interacting with items or surfaces. A hands-free hand sanitizer machine is available for customers to use, located near the front door.
-we have a daily sanitation procedure for the shop, which includes wiping down all working surfaces with approved cleaning solutions.
-until further notice, we will not accept cash currency. Credit card machine will be handled by staff only.
JUNE 2020 - PHASE 1 TO PHASE 2 OPERATIONS
June 2 - 7: We will have staff on site during regular operating hours, and will continue our curbside pickup/drop off of items. Consultations will continue via email exchange. Please arrange an appointment time with us, as our doors are locked.
June 9 (or when Phase 2 launches): Our doors will be open, however we can only have one visitor inside the premise at a time, and for up to 30 minutes. We *highly* recommend arranging an appointment time for a consultation. Appointments ensures you do not have to stand and wait outside! We will not conduct consultation appointments onsite after 5:30 pm, although pickups are welcome.
June 19: We are currently functioning under Phase 2 guidelines, along with adhering to the mandatory mask order. We do have complimentary disposable masks if you do not have one! We still recommend setting up a consultation time with us, to ensure you are best served as well as comply to the 30% capacity guideline for the space.
